SESSION DETAILS
Our Team Building Sessions go beyond traditional team-building activities. We create meaningful connections among team members through a holistic approach that blends mental health wellbeing practices and deep teamwork, delivering an unforgettable and impactful experience.
Our Team Building Sessions begin with an insightful introduction to mental health, fostering a collective understanding and epathy. You'll then experience the power of breathwork, unlocking its potential to enhance individual and team resilience, before immersing into the invigorating world of ice baths where you and your team will forge shared moments of challenge and triumph.
Afterwards enjoy a refreshing swim, bonding over the rejuvenating embrace of the sea.
While we typically host these sessions at a nearby beach as it helps to provide the more rewarding experience, we understand not everyone lives near the coast, or may want to be at the beach.
We can also host sessions at a nearby park or other community space.
The Team Building Sessions run for 90 minutes to 2 hours, however we can be as flexible as necessary to fit in with any possible time restrictions you may have.
The cost of the Core Program ranges between $695 to $3,700.
There are a number of variables that can impact the cost such as the number of attendees, the location of the program and travel taken to get there, the number of facilitators required, and the type of equipment we might bring.
