PROGRAM DETAILS
Our holistic approach integrates innovative elements, fostering both knowledge and practical techniques for better mental wellness. Engage in a program that transcends boundaries and empowers individuals to navigate the complex landscape of mental health.
Our Half/Full Day Program includes a talk or presentation conducted by our expert facilitators. The talk features discussion on mental health awareness, suicide prevention techniques, workplace and emotional resilience, and acts as a starting point on how to hold challenging conversations to support someone struggling and support ourselves. There will also be opportunities to ask and find out more about any subject covered throughout the program.
We also incorporate interactive activities such as breathwork and ice bath cold plunges, however these are completely voluntary for individuals.
Our Half Day Program runs for 3-4 hours, while our Full Day Program runs for 6-8 hours. However we can be as flexible as necessary to fit in with any possible time restrictions you may have.
The cost of the Half/Full Day Program ranges between $895 to $5,000.
There are a number of variables that can impact the cost such as the length of the program, number of attendees, the location of the program and travel taken to get there, the number of facilitators required, and the type of equipment we might bring.

There are major mental and health benefits to breathwork and cold plunges. Our breathwork is entry level but helps with nervous system regulation and provides stress management techniques.
Our icebath cold plunges are voluntarily for individuals, however help to create physical and emotional resilience in a safe, controlled environment, while also building team camaraderie.
