MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING
equip yourself with the skills to provide support
We are committed to advancing mental health advocacy through our two-day Mental Health First Aid course.
Led by qualified trainers who work day-in, day-out in the mental health space, we follow Mental Health First Aid Australia's guidelines to deliver a program that equips participants with essential skills to offer initial support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

TRAINING DETAILS
The course covers a variety of mental health conditions, focusing on understanding, empathy, and practical strategies for intervention. Participants learn to recognise warning signs, provide reassurance, and connect individuals to professional help when necessary.
Our Mental Health First Aid Training takes place over two days for a maximum of 24 participants to one facilitator.
We can come to your workplace or local area and can conduct the training during work hours. After completion of the course, all participants will be certified Mental Health First Aid Officers.
The cost of the Mental Health First Aid Training is $300 per person.
The Mental Health First Aid Training is for all types of individuals, businesses and organisations. It doesn't matter how big your team is, what industry you're in, or where you're located - we pride ourselves on our flexibility and commitment to meeting all needs.
